For the Birds
Watching birds in my backyard is something that both I and my children enjoy very much. It's fun to see all the types of birds that visit the numerous feeders we have scattered around the yard. Living with Cancer
My mother is a cancer survivor, and both she and I have found Women & Cancer magazine to be very helpful both for learning about new treatments and procedures as well as dealing with the emotional and spiritual aspects of a difficult disease. I highly recommend it to anyone who is coping with the effects of cancer - either themselves or with a loved one.

Travel Safe
Travel is a big part of my life, and staying safe when traveling is very important. I had the good fortune to attend a seminar by Bob Arno while at a conference last year. His presentation is a comedic but very eye-opening look at how easy it is for a professional thief to pick your pockets or otherwise steal your belongings.
